PRESIDENT AND CEO
Prior to his role with Sandoval Economic Alliance, Jami retired from Intel after 20 years in 2014, as the Talent Enabling Director. His team was responsible to market and attract new talent for Intel’s needs and deliver new skills and capabilities to fuel innovative growth.
Prior to Intel, Jami built a software consulting firm delivering 3D rendering and product automation solutions to medium and large corporations, including Sandia National Laboratories and Honeywell.
Jami is a member of regional and national executive boards, including co-founder and chairman emeritus for Innovate+Educate, a national industry collaborative of F500 companies to drive innovation in the U.S. workforce and education.
Debra Twitchell is Sandoval Economic Alliance’s Operations Manager. She has a BA from the University of New Mexico – Anderson School of Management with concentrations in Management & Human Resources. Deb has a broad work history which includes building/equipment/contract management, human resources, recruiting, event coordination, administration/team support, and product support for clients.
Deb moved to New Mexico in the Fall of 1992. What she likes most about New Mexico are the blues skies, sunny climate, landscape varieties, and red & green chili.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
Tiffany has over a decade of experience in Marketing, Branding, Web Development, Graphic Design, and Instructional Design in the corporate, small business and non-profit sectors. Prior to Sandoval Economic Alliance, Tiffany worked for Limited Brands and Alliance Data Retail Services.
With a passion to make a difference, Tiffany has served on several councils and committees for United Way of Central New Mexico since 2010. Additionally, she serves as the President for the Metro New Mexico Development Alliance (Ingenuity Central), as a board member for Buy Rio Rancho, and volunteers for Rio Rancho Public Schools on a weekly basis.
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Bob is the Director of Business Development, where he is responsible for recruiting industry and commerce to Sandoval County, as well as business retention and expansion. He has been with the Sandoval Economic Alliance since February 2015.
Prior to working with SEA, Bob worked in the hotel industry for over 18 years in various positions including sales and marketing, revenue management, and operations. Additionally, he is an online professor with the University of Phoenix. Bob holds an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
DIRECTOR OF PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS
Bev is the Director of Private Partnerships, where she is responsible for recruiting quality partners to enjoy the benefits of our organization. A pillar in the local community known for her volunteer work, she began working for Sandoval Economic Alliance part-time in March 2017.
Prior to working with SEA, Bev was the site director for the Victoria’s Secret Customer Care Center in Rio Rancho, and then a Senior Director of Operations at Alliance Data until she retired in 2016. Part of the L Brands team for more than 20 years, Bev held many roles throughout her career. Bev holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Akron in Ohio, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
